How to join

Joining Sahaayo, step by step

About 10 minutes for the form, a few minutes for the invites, and your first content calendar within a week. We never ask for a password.

  1. Day 1

    You fill the form

    Business details, products, logo, photos and goals. About 10 minutes.

  2. Day 2–3

    Access and kickoff

    You send the Partner and Manager invites. We confirm them and have a short kickoff call.

  3. Week 1

    First content calendar

    We send the month's calendar on WhatsApp. You approve it or ask for changes.

  4. Every month

    Posting and report

    We post, reply and track. At month end you get the report and the next calendar.

1. Fill the form

Seven short steps on your phone: your business, what you sell, your brand, photos and videos, your goals, access, and your consent. Your answers are saved on the phone as you type.

2. Give us access safely

You add Sahaayo as a Partner or Manager. You stay the owner and can remove us any time from the same settings.

Facebook page and Instagram (Meta Business Partner)

  1. Open business.facebook.com, then Settings, then Partners.
  2. Click Add, choose "Give a partner access to your assets", and enter our Business ID 114547660070238.
  3. Tick your Facebook page and your Instagram account, with full control of content, messages and insights.
  4. No Business Suite? You can instead add us as an admin of your Facebook page. The form shows you how.

Google Business Profile (Manager)

  1. Search your business name on Google while logged in, or open business.google.com.
  2. Open the menu, then Business Profile settings, then Managers, then Add, and enter sahaayo@stylhub.buzz.
  3. Choose the role Manager, not Owner. You stay the owner.

YouTube (Manager), only if you want Shorts

  1. Open YouTube Studio, then Settings, then Permissions.
  2. Invite sahaayo@stylhub.buzz with the role Manager.

WhatsApp Business

  1. Install WhatsApp Business on the shop's number, if it is not already.
  2. Send us your product list and prices in the form. On a short call we set up the catalogue, quick replies and away message together on your phone.

3. Approve, and we take it from there

  • We confirm every invite and tell you on WhatsApp when it is working.
  • A short kickoff call: your offers, your customers, what to never say.
  • Your first monthly content calendar arrives on WhatsApp. Nothing is posted until you approve it.
  • Every month: posting, replies, and a one-page report.
