Terms of Service

The simple rules for working with Sahaayo.

Who we are

  • Sahaayo is a digital marketing service for local businesses, operated by Vishal Zende.

What we do

  • We provide the services in the plan or add-ons you choose: content, posting, replies, Google Business Profile, SEO, ads management and reports.
  • The exact monthly deliverables are those listed for your plan on our Plans page, or in a written quote we send you.

Fees and payment

  • Plans are billed monthly in advance. Prices are + GST where applicable.
  • One-time setup fees are billed before the setup starts.
  • Ad spend is paid by you directly to Meta or Google. It is never part of our fee.

Your accounts and content

  • You stay the owner of your pages, profiles, photos, videos and customer lists.
  • You give us permission to edit and publish content for your business, only after you approve it (see the Content Approval policy).
  • Content we create for you is yours to keep once the month is paid.

What we do not do

  • We never ask for passwords. We never buy followers, likes or reviews, and we never write fake reviews.
  • We do not post anything illegal, misleading or that you have not approved.

Ending the service

  • Either side can end the service with 15 days' notice (see Refund & Cancellation).
  • When the service ends, we remove our own access and hand back anything that belongs to you.

Changes

  • If we change these terms, we tell active clients on WhatsApp at least 15 days before the change applies.
