Refund & Cancellation Policy

Monthly plans, no lock-in, clear rules.

Cancelling a plan

  • Plans run month to month. Cancel any time with 15 days' notice by WhatsApp or email.
  • We finish the work for the notice period and send the last report.

Refunds

  • No refund for a month that has been completed.
  • Setup fees (for example Google Business Profile, WhatsApp Business or SEO setup, or a website) are not refundable once the work has started.
  • If you pay for a month and cancel before we start any work for it, we refund that month in full.

If we miss something

  • If we fail to deliver an item listed in your plan for a month, tell us. We either deliver it the next month or reduce your next bill for that item.

Ad spend

  • Ad spend is paid by you directly to Meta or Google. Refunds of ad spend follow their rules, not ours.
